30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage caused after delivery.
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Velocity Combat Club reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom or personalized apparel
Team uniforms or custom competition gear
Made-to-order products
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received the wrong item, we're happy to help.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The wrong item was shipped.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The return is due to an error made by Velocity Combat Club.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Velocity Combat Club is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.
